Stopped here after another coffee shop ignored a paid mobile order, and the difference was night and day. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and immediately acknowledged me. They were happy to help and made the whole interaction quick and easy. It’s refreshing to be treated like a customer instead of an inconvenience. Thank you for the professionalism and positive energy tonight — it was genuinely appreciated. I was there 3/4/26 around 8pm
Each time I visit this store, I am met with plenty of smiles and everyone is so kind. Sky is always attentive and she makes sure that my drink order to perfection!
Stopped by for a quick coffee and the experience was decent but nothing special. The drink was made correctly and presentation looked fine, but the flavor wasn’t as strong or rich as I expected. The store was pretty busy, which made it feel a bit crowded and not very relaxing. Staff seemed okay but not particularly warm or engaging. It’s convenient for a quick stop, but overall it felt like an average visit.
Staff decided to close the lobby early at 8:30 while several guests were busy on their computers and had recently arrived. There was no notice ahead of time, just 2 mins before closing. It is clear that the staff must wanted to leave early. This is very unprofessional and the hours should be changed on the website if it’s not going to be at 10pm consistently.
