Great customer service!! 2 of us came today for teacher appreciation gift thinking they had a free coffee unfortunately they don’t have the promotion but the manager was still nice enough to make us a free coffees! Super sweet and made our day💕 10/10 experience!

Stopped here after another coffee shop ignored a paid mobile order, and the difference was night and day. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and immediately acknowledged me. They were happy to help and made the whole interaction quick and easy. It’s refreshing to be treated like a customer instead of an inconvenience. Thank you for the professionalism and positive energy tonight — it was genuinely appreciated. I was there 3/4/26 around 8pm
Each time I visit this store, I am met with plenty of smiles and everyone is so kind. Sky is always attentive and she makes sure that my drink order to perfection!
