Primera vez que vamos ah ese lugar y muy pésima atención pedí frappuccino lo quería con caramelo encima y les dije y en vez de ayudar ah reírse se pusieron aparte en el mostrador de donde tienen el pan habían moscas.
Extremely rude staff, with no idea how to provide customer service. Waited for my food 20 mins + which I understand it's busy, but the guy that took my order completly missed my order and when approached did not even apologize or said anything, the lady fixing the issue was also rude and said "well you didn't pay for it" like what? I have worked in customer service my whole life so this annoys me even more! Please train your staff better
