Ordered online and received notification that my order was ready when in fact it was not. Proceed to wait and they dispatched over ten orders and I’m not including the drive thru order that went out as well. I notified them of my order and was told they would get on it right away and they proceeded to make other drink except mine. Waited an additional ten minutes and decided to ask for a refund and left. This place just keeps going down, there are two baristas/cashiers that are actually great here! But waiting 5mins at the drive thru, and your online order still not ready is insane, they get new people and it just went downhill... 😒 disappointing. And after not being ready this is how I received my order in the photo below... Update... the people are friendlier, yes. But the service time longer, online orders still not ready when you get there.
