Amazing people Celeste, Emmie, and Olivia are amazing and noteworthy they make my almost daily experience so delightful. The rest of the ladies are great as well they all love what they do. That’s for serving our local community!
“Hi! We ordered espresso with protein cold foam, but it looks like we only got about 20% foam — the rest of the protein foam seems to have been discarded. Very good service. And why we pay for protein foam if they discarded it.
with every starbucks i’ve been to. this has been the only location that gets something wrong. they always seem lost and rude.
Went through drive thru just now around 10:58 AM . I whispered to my sister as I was ordering asking her if I should order a white mocha drink and the barista whispered, “I think you should” through the speaker . I couldn’t stop laughing and it made my whole day LOL! Thank you , whoever it was !!
Best customer service I've gotten at SB in quite some time. No bathroom nazis, they were busy and everyone was warm and smiling. I needed a drink remade because it was a little two sweet and they did it quickly with no pushback. This used to be the norm at the Bucks - glad to see some stores still carrying the torch
