Restroom is pretty rough. Staff was dismissive. Might have just been a bad day for them but bathroom has had the McDonald's vibe for over a month. 😒
The entirety of my hot tea spilled just outside of the Starbucks before I left the area. I walked back inside, explained the situation, and asked if the drink could be replaced and the staff refused. Terrible service!
