There were multiple times I have entered this same Starbucks and received almost the same type of service each time I entered, there are about 2-3 of the staff that is friendly, and is never a problem, and usually I don’t Like to start any issues or get anybody in trouble for minor issues. But today it was Christmas, and I was specifically told they would be open till 5 and they closed in my face at 4
Donnie, the shift leader, doesn’t know how to speak politely to customers. He’s rude. Starbucks may want to look at how he treats the people “under” him as well.
Love the barasistas, drinks, pastries, running out of eggnog and chestnut praline🫣
gotta love bringing the dog here for a pup cup. & then i have to get a cake pop & a coffee too!
