Nice location, pretty busy but very friendly staff.
We had planned a brainstorming session with my friends before the holiday and chose Starbucks so we could work in a nice atmosphere over a good cup of coffee. However, it was unpleasant that, while we were there, cleaning started—mopping the floors and spraying chemicals under the sink. The smell caused nausea and irritation in the nose. Terrible service at this locations. Twice in a week they can’t even get a drink correct. Terrible attitude and need to stop talking to everyone, but that particular customer that you have in hand like get the earbuds out of y’all‘s ears we’re not at the damn gym get off your telephone. Your friends need to have their jobs. Y’all need to have your jobs pay attention to damn customers listen to what they got to say not just what you thought you heard.
I haven’t had Starbucks in a long time, usually support local, but today I was in a rush and needed something fast. I was astonished when my small latte came out in what amounted to barely more than an espresso cup! Since when did they make such ridiculous changes?! Over $5 for a latte that was literally gone in 4 sips and isn’t even that good is insanity. Never again.
I ordered DoorDash from here quit a few times and almost every time something comes up missing. Today I door dashed 3 drinks and one of them was missing, I reorder it in the smallest size and it came in only half way filled
