I got a matcha drink this evening from the Starbucks across from the B&N in Holyoke. The worker was rude and was rushing me to order. I didn't finish the drink because I kept getting chunks of matcha powder in my sips. When I went to empty the cup this lump of matcha was at the bottom. Disgusting. It was my understanding that Starbucks changed the way matcha drinks were made. Well if they did, the rude worker couldn't be so bothered
Everytime I come to this location it’s chaotic and they always forget my order if it’s a flat white . I don’t know what it is about the flat white but eveytime I order it I sit there are watch them make everyone’s else drink who ordered after me . I have had to ask for a refund a few times because I just sit there and wait forever . Today was my last day going to this location because I’m tired of the service
Idk why they keep serving me a latte with 2 inches of the drink missing I pay almost $8 for that thing :/
Poor service tried to use my birthday coupon and was met with disrespect do better
