Rick, Becky, Jess, and Mary are the best workers I have ever met at Starbucks. They're customer service is the best and they always make sure I start my day off right. As a daily customer, there are many days where I don't need coffee but I'll go in just to enjoy the experience that they give as a group. Above and beyond for a busy Starbucks.
We went to Starbucks coffee at the Mall of America on the east side just outside of Nickelodeon. We arrived at about 1015 in the morning. Three staff members were literally at the register. I stood there for approximately a minute or so, no one greeted us or said they would be right with us.
