Service is not great or consistent. Bunch of kids who aren’t efficient and one older woman is just too loud. So your employees get a break after three hours of work, at 9:30 in the morning? That’s cushy. Be honest next time. If you didn’t schedule properly, or someone called out, then admit it. Interesting how people under 35 can’t get through the workday without multiple breaks yet those of us twice their age work an entire eight hours alone elsewhere.
The lady this morning was very nice and prompt especially with me being tired and having a rough start to the work day at the mall
I appreciate the staff here who work hard and and are very consistent in terms of making their drinks spot-on. The morning staff know me by name and know my order, and they're very kind. I'm always mind blown by how fast and efficiently they work when there's many customers and online orders. Truly, one of the best locations I've been to.
Slowest Starbucks ever. They messed up on our order (no issue with that, we are all human !) but they didn’t make it a priority to make our drink quicker & made us wait another 10 minutes while they fixed it at their slow pace …young fools running the place.!! Zero customer service skills.
