The slowest Starbucks in the area. I had placed my order for a cold brew and was forgotten at the window for almost 10 minutes. This location is absolute trash.
Lowkey Starbucks experience has been more and more disappointing each time. Today at 3pm I came in to pick up my online order, nothing crazy, two drinks and a sandwich, the guy Dylan literally had his hat pulled so low on his eyes he had to tilt his head up to look at someone, no joke. Dillon (unsure of how it’s spelt) was phenomenal. The epitome of the best customer service!! He helped me with my order through the drive-thru and I walked in with my cold brew coffee that I didn’t like. I explained to him that I ended up not liking it and he didn’t make me feel judged or ridiculous because I wanted to change my coffee. I told him I liked sweeter coffees and he asked if I liked caramel to which I said yes. He asked if an iced caramel coffee would suffice. It’s perfect. Thank you Dillon!!
I ordered yogurt through Uber Eats and the yogurt I got was expired by a month.
