I really wish when I ask for a large latte I actually get a large latte and not 2/3 of a cup. $6 plus for not full cup of coffee is annoying. This was the 3rd time, either 2/3 full or that the milk was soooooo hot it burnt the roof of my mouth and tongue. I called it in, so they could calibrate the machine because that was painful.
