I visit there tonight, the worst staff in Starbucks. When I ask the barista Asian short man if he could give me a little more coffee because it was too light, he rudely reply and said NO!! That I have to pay for it. He gave me mostly ice and little ice coffee. I know if you stay there, we should get a free refill. I only for 4 ounces to make my coffee darker. But not this Starbucks. My experience was good but you guys are too expensive
The two girls working tonight really pissed off. I wanted to use the bathroom, and they told me I needed to make a purchase first — absolutely no problem. I was in a rush, so I asked if I could use the bathroom first and then buy something afterward. She said, and I quote, “No, you have to make the purchase first.” I thought maybe the bathroom code was printed on the receipt, so I stood there trying to use the app since my wallet was in my car — but the app wasn’t working.
