The person was nice but apparently they have a new policy where you can’t get a free cup of water without purchasing something. I wanted to get waters for me and my senior grandmother but they made me buy something which I think is illegal in Maryland but whatever.
This is the first Starbucks location during my very long road trip that does not have a changing table in its bathrooms. Also, an employee would not sell me hot water. I would've paid for any tea or coffee to get the hot water because I was trying to make a warm bottle for my twin daughters. I didn't care how much it cost. I was very disappointed by the rudeness and lack of care. Their coffee machine was not working but they made one hell of a cafe Americano
