Good service and nice people
Their coffee machine was not working but they made one hell of a cafe Americano
Went in at 3pm on a Saturday - out of cold brew and iced coffee. Cashier suggests an americano which I asked for iced… after a 10 minute wait I instead got a hot americano
This is not the first time, it is important for the team mostly the women to be professional. I ordered Macha latte with vanilla sirop. First they gave me Chai tea and I told the lady nope I ordered macha latte she said okay made the macha latte with no vanilla sirop this time. That is not Starbucks we are used to
The wait was entirely too long. Everything else was good.
