I place an order online walked up to the window watched almost everyone act like they were doing something instead of assisting me as a customer that comes almost everyday. I watch a worker wipe down the counter looked over in my direction wash his hands and started making a drink. Mind you my drink was ready to be handed to me, let’s not forget to mention it’s several workers in there. I had to knock on the window just to be assisted. Such poor customer service, shame on all parties involved.
Whoever uses that awful green marker needs to be fired and have them take the marker with them.
Service sucks! Rude employees. I spend at least 10 dolors daily on Starbucks and never had any issue with any other locations! only this place is terrible!
i hope this is the right one near the spring branch library!! shoutout, BIG thank you and hugs to Landon and Alex for their outstanding service, wonderful and cheerful energy, and delicious drinks/food. i hope you two and the whole team gets a raise i was having a bad day and their positivity turned it right around.
