Placed an order in the drive thru yesterday, and received something that tasted like a dirty ashtray but I didn’t have time to return immediately. Stopped late in the day for a refund and the manager said they would only make me a new drink at that time. Asked for a credit or gift card as it was late in the day. Manager refused and said there was nothing she could do. Will never return!
Horrible Starbucks! Always closed during prime hours. 5:05 pm on a weekday is one visit from last week. What a great time to close. I’ve let that go and still supported them but the staff has been horrible. Making up prices when you visit the drive thru. An extra charge for no ice in my drink. That’s cool, just let me know when you take my order instead of just deducting it without saying a word .
