I’ve been disappointed with my recent experiences here. The coffee quality has become very inconsistent, and the customer service was unacceptable. When I inquired about being charged 80 cents for standard cream, the employee, Salem, responded rudely and commented that she didn’t like my tone. Unfortunately, with declining product quality, high prices, and unpleasant service, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.
I walked into the Starbucks on Garden Valley and every employee was busy doing their job, and busting out orders like crazy. I always drive the extra mile for the service here. This is my go to store. Thank you for serving me
