Wonderful staff and manger here! 💛🌿
I've been coming here regularly for about 18 months and enjoy it immensely. The staff are courteous and friendly (none of the smug faux-hipster crap I sometimes see at other coffee joints), and the atmosphere is generally mellow, even when it's busy.
I was disappointed. They have an area with a sign that says "Christmas items, 50% off," so I grabbed a red, green, and white cup that I thought were pretty and took them to the register to pay. When I got to the cashier, the girl immediately told me they weren't on sale. She grabbed her phone and looked something up on what seemed like a Starbucks website, and then told me, "No, they're not on sale." I thought she would contact her manager.
