Absolutely terrible customer service. No basic courtesy, no professionalism, and the whole experience felt unpleasant from start to finish. If you don’t want to do your job or speak respectfully to customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Very disappointing and definitely not worth coming back. Especially women employees.

Visited Starbucks and had a really great experience. The front staff member was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The service was fast, friendly, and made the whole visit very enjoyable. The store itself was clean and comfortable, and the drinks were made perfectly. Downtown Starbucks right across TD bank! Such a let down and disappointment that a very popular coffee spot with plenty of business couldn’t accept my $100 bill because my order was just $20 and I was obligated to use my credit card when I was trying my best not to use my credit card, I think I’ll take my business somewhere else next time, since my smile immediately got wiped off my face. Never again.
