We visited this Starbucks the other day, and Hung out to do some work for an hour. The staff was really nice. The drinks were super full. And the ambience was great. Really good vibe here.
I got one of their blended drinks today who ever was making it didn't know how. They ended up putting the fruit on top of the drink instead of blending it with the drink so the drink came out very Icy. I was already running late I just did not have the time to go back and have them correct it. I just deleted the app and leave it at that. Let's hope for better days.
Absolutely terrible customer service. No basic courtesy, no professionalism, and the whole experience felt unpleasant from start to finish. If you don’t want to do your job or speak respectfully to customers, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Very disappointing and definitely not worth coming back. Especially women employees.
