There’s an older gentleman here that every time I go in the store and have to interact with him at the register it’s just so unpleasant as if I shouldn’t be there. I usually opt to go to the Starbucks at Giant just to get better service.
The older gentleman here has a personality of a snob. Definitely do not feel welcomed here. Last time we came here a few years ago he was here and the same thing so thats why we havent been back. I was hoping he'd be gone but no. I'll drive farther just to avoid the judgement in his voice when I ask for special changes.
Customer service at this Starbucks is by far the best customer service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks.
i actually love this place. i go all the time and my stuff comes out quickly and everyone is soo nice.
