25 minutes to get a simple cup of coffee. Mobile Orders have destroyed the in store experience.
The workers are always SO nice and kind, and especially helpful, as they were when I went today! I had just gotten home after picking up my coffee, and my large dog jumped up and knocked the cup outta my hand with his big ole head. I immediately went back and spoke to the people at the desk (& showed them the picture of the spilled drink) and they were so incredibly kind, remaking the drink for free!! Stopped in at 6:30pm on a Friday evening and they had the doors locked but multiple workers inside. We were not the only ones trying the door and people were being turned away by the workers inside.
