I gave this Starbucks an 1. They're missing a poster I see in the South in these states, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Yes even Florida. I know Maryland is not on his jurisdiction of the governor of Florida. The staff is marvelous. There's a vast diverse range of customers at this place which is impressive. But they're missing a a poster from June which all the other Starbucks kept up. That makes me wonder, was that the managers choice or did a Karen come in and complain about something? Terrible customer service. I waited forever for my mobile order at the counter, only person in there. Tried to get the workers attention but was continually ignored. Ending up waiting in the drive thru. Too busy fixing drinks they had messed up
Needs more seating.
