I ordered my drinks using the app and had several customizations. As I was picking up my order, the staff was talking crap about it making fun of the amount of customizations. Not only did they make me feel bad for ordering what I wanted, they also forgot ingredients in one of the drinks. The oat milk that was used seemed like it was chunky and hadn't been shaken up. Never actually had a problem like this at a Starbucks before and I don't think I will be coming back to this one. I will go out of my way to avoid it
The worker there was by herself, you could tell she was stressed out I don’t remember her name but it was something like Ada. She was working by herself which shouldn’t have happened. She 100% deserves a raise
Excuse me, but thank you ADA, for your excellent service, smiling face, and a beautifully made Frappuccino. 😍 On Christmas Eve, this was so welcoming and kind. I love coming here along my walks all the time…Perfect ending!
CS sucks here. One single dude who is miserable.
