This was my first time visiting the place and I received unpleasant service from one of the employees; she was extremely rude.
Avalon is great but the customer service at the hotel Starbucks is exceptionally awful - every negative review is true. You can go to any other Starbucks and your order will be understood and correct. This location will look at you like “huh?” at the counter; Bonus - Mobile: If you pay for SF Protein Vanilla Cold Foam, the barista will put regular Vanilla Cold Foam on top of your drink with the Sugar-Free Protein Cold Foam on the side “for you to add as you drink it.” No re-make - just a “I put it on the side for you.” So yo... read more
