This was the first time have ever been humiliated in a coffee shop and I won't be back! Unless this site changes their staffing. I placed a mobile order and got the notification it was ready. I went in the shop, went to the appropriate letter marker on the counter, saw my drink and went to grab it. That's when it went bad.
