This was the first time have ever been humiliated in a coffee shop and I won't be back! Unless this site changes their staffing. I placed a mobile order and got the notification it was ready. When you roll in at the wee hours of the morning and people greet you with a smile it’s refreshing. While on business trips you need all this you can get. They make a mean matcha and do so with an extra helping of cheer. Thanks Starbucks employees that helped me start my day in the right direction. I appreciate you and all that you do. I see you.
