Large, crowded Starbucks in downtown Evanston, very near the Northwestern University campus. Open later than any other coffee shop in the area, 9:00 p.m. daily. No drive-thru. Only walk-in or mobile orders. Lots of NU students and faculty, plus other locals. Very friendly staff that knows the regular customers.
I never leave reviews but I love this store and I wanted to share some stuff about the manager named Mia because she is one of the best. I see her doing not only managing good and treating her employees with softness and understanding but also she is listening to the customers and making my day every day. She also does it all she is mopping or taking out the trash or making drinks and she goes above and beyond and she remembers things about me and my life and asks about my family.
