Order my drink and food online. I came in to pick it up since it said it was ready for pick up. Missing a sandwich so i asked the girl who was making drinks and she said it was coming and walked away. Why put that the order was ready if it wasn’t. Then she’s laughing like if something is funny.
Miserable employees poor customer service bad attitudes bad management the only time these people are happy is when they are engaging with one another not the paying customers it’s all laughs and giggles behind the counter until a customer walks in or asks a simple question. Management is a major part of the problem. Don’t work in customer service if you aren’t prepared to provide customer service.
Store manager is great! I had an issue with my drink not being made the way I normally get it and he had no problems making me a new drink, despite me ordering my drink in the morning and coming in later in the day. Manager was so nice!!
Second timing going here. They make me one drink then I have to wait for the second drink for over 20 min when I ordered them together
