This Starbucks is nice clean and quiet, however the seats are almost always taken

They don't know anything about service
Accidentally dropped a small coffee around 8:35. The cleaning lady made a dramatic sigh and reaction from the other side of the room. It’s understandable to be frustrated, but it was very unprofessional on their part to react like that. 20 mins after the spill, we got up and got napkins to clean the mess that was now spreading. We did not get napkins earlier due to the cleaning lady having just cleaned the floor where the napkins were. After we get napkins, they asked if we were going to clean it up.
