First time visiting this location and it was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order for pickup, and when I arrived there were no other customers, yet no one acknowledged me. I said “excuse me” three times and was ignored until I had to wave. When someone finally helped me, my order wasn’t even finished—it was just sitting there not poured yet. They made it quickly, but there was no apology at all. The place also looked dirty. Very rude and unprofessional service.
I like Starbucks, but it's just a little bit expensive for me to be able to have it on a regular basis. When I go to Starbucks it's to treat myself, esp. with their chocolate pistachio loaf....

Love this StarBucks- Clean & prompt service. Today I felt the need to leave a review of 1 star for service. Tuesday 3.10.2026 1:48pm my check came to $5.65. Oddly I paid cash today rather than my card, I handed the woman (40-50 yr old, olive skin, pulled back hair) a $20- she gave me $4 change. I immediately told her i gave her a $20. She huffed & opened the drawer & said I do not have a $20. I just came from the ATM & that was all I had. I reiterated & she huffed & gave me the $10 owed. Asked for light ice, literally got the exact opposite. I asked for light ice and added more powder and syrup so it wouldn't be too blend with extra milk. But what I got was a drink with full of ice became extra sweet... When I poured it in my 16oz tumbler, it was barely half. Paid extra for half of the drink. The baristas were too busy and I had to leave for work so didn't ask to make a new one but it was disappointing :/
