We frequent Starbucks regularly but will not be visiting this location again. I was shopping next door with my 5yo when he really needed to pee so we went to Starbucks. I kindly asked the lady working the register if my child could use the restroom because he really needed to go. She told me scornfully that the policy is that you have to buy something.
