I previously posted a review of this store a few years back but I removed it because they seem to be under new management now. This team at Starbucks is great. I order thru mobile app several times a week on my way to work. Someone always says good morning when I walk in the store. The store manager Geena is the nicest person and her positive energy is admirable. Go here if you want to consistently wait 25 mins for a coffee no matter what time you go!
I ordered online at this location and the app quoted me 3-6 minutes. We arrived at the designated time and were told that the new standard of ordering through mobile is 10-15 minutes. The app says otherwise and told us 3-6 minutes and there has been no communication of that anywhere on the internet. The best part was they made us pull out of the drive through to wait and they had 0 people in the drive through at this time, nobody behind us and nobody in front.
