Terrible customer service. I asked for my cookie that I am paying for to be warmed twice I get all kind of blow back and resistance. Verbal back and forth with customers which is unprofessional. Why do they give these young people who have no respect?
This is the 3rd time i have been to this location ordered ahead on my app for drive thru and have been quoted the time i ordered and scolded like a child to not arrive prior to 5 mins after ordering. Meanwhile i end up sitting in line waiting for other people in front of me, which is fine and why i order ahead. Meanwhile im arriving exactly WHEN THE APP TELLS ME! The way these employees have a snarky remarks about timing when i say no worries take your time when they warn me my drink may not be ready is so rude and terrible ... read more
coming in today there was only 2 workers which is understandable why it would take a minute to make the drinks. But how come people that came in after me got their drinks first, i’m talking multiple people!. I only had 2 drinks myself and I think it’s just ridiculous to be forgetting about whole orders or just pushing it aside and forgetting about it. While we’re sitting right infront of your face!!.
