I’m a little disappointed. I ordered a grande iced vanilla latte and it tasted like water. My bf got a venti Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it wasn’t right either. The baristas were rushing to get orders out since it was a busy Saturday morning, but it felt like they cared more about quantity than quality. We literally skipped Dunkin’ because we thought Starbucks would be quicker and it was on our way to the highway. Instead, we waited 10 minutes for drinks that weren’t made correctly.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. While deciding what to order, I was told I needed to order immediately or leave, even though other customers were allowed to stay without ordering right away. The interaction made me feel singled out and uncomfortable, and I left concerned that I may have been unfairly profiled. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no manager has reached out to address my concerns. Slowest ever!
One of the best locations around! They are always cheerful and welcoming! And now with the Dubai chocolate craze, my daughter has a pistachio allergy, so we ask to swap tongs and clean cups and they always do, without complaint. Thank you so much for being amazing!
