This location has always been a favorite, but it's even better now. I appreciate Starbucks returning to customer service as a focus. The little things matter- greeting, promptness, cozy vibe, and bringing me my order to my table. Thank you!!!

I think its time this location steps back and takes a hard look at the attitude of some of the staff and the quality of the product they are serving. The last 3 times we have been here we have had some not so friendly service and drinks are poorly made with wrong ingredients or wayyy too much ice. Instead of adding more ice to drinks should consider using more product. $7.50 for a cup of ice with 5 sips of liquid will send us to another location until things resolve. I can say it's a pretty location but the staffs attitude is very ugly. The drinks are inconsistent which is okay we are all humans but dare I ask the barista to re make my drink. They act like they are perfect and start giving me advice on how to order my drink, I ordered it the same way the week before.. like a said very inconsistent. If you pay almost $10 for a coffee and it doesn't taste right.. of course there needs to be a remake. Or should I spend another $10 another coffee shop for no reason 🤔
