The remodel looks nice! However the music here is played entirely too loud. You can't hear the person talking next to you unless you are shouting. And, no I am not hard of hearing. LOL! Some of us meet here to converse with friends not to hear a concert.
Ordered the new lavender matcha oatmilk drink and it was really good! Both the drive up attendant and window batista were super friendly and cheerful. They even offered pup cups for my dogs!
The store on 166 and pac mt highway Spanaway WA. Is real ... The employees are professional and friendly enough One specific employee that stands out is Elexcia ( I hope that's her name. ) she has excellent customer skills, and a great memory for customers names. I came once, then three days later I came in again. She remembered my name... That is great customer service .
Consistently, the music is way too loud. Food and coffee isn't too bad, but sheesh, can't hear yourself think.
