If you want coffee drinks in a timely manner and that tastes good drive 2 miles north and you’ll get it. Don’t come there. If you order from the app no matter what they don’t work on it until you arrive. I usually come 10 minutes after the app says it’ll be ready and they still haven’t even started it.
Normally you guys don’t have issues, but I’ve noticed recently y’all’s morning shift suck. hard. Service is one thing, I get it’s the morning and even though the morning crew doesn’t have to be as moody as they are I can let it slide. What I got a problem with is they’ve been routinely downsizing drink portions, for example filling up the grande cup with tall oz’s, and it’s making it kind of a ripoff. Manager, figure something out with the team chemistry or something because this is ridiculous.
