I understand being busy but I wanted my ticket put first after a gentleman fixed the printer and then waited 14 plus mins watching them fill every order that came after mine first.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I visit this Starbucks almost every day. I typically spend anywhere from $6.56 to $13 daily, and as a busy mama of six, my Pink Drink is my little daily pick-me-up. I like my Pink Drink on the lighter side—not too sweet, but still with plenty of flavor. I have visited this Starbucks for quite some time and have always considered it to be a welcoming and diverse location. Until this experience, I had never felt the need to leave a complaint.
