You would think as a big franchise the employees could keep the small town BS out the Business aspect of it. But if a high school kid works there and has an issue with your child they will screw with their drink and add extra caffeine to make them sick. And the manager doesn't even care! We Used to go at least three times a week but now we will NEVER go back there. And the girl even wrote on my daughter's cup have a GREAT high with a ;-). Because she added a lot of caffeine to her drink...
