So while I enjoy Starbucks and am a regular, I informed at the speaker that I had a personal cup, stated it 3 times. When I pulled up, I handed the cup towards the window, and they stated that I should have told them when I was ordering. I said I did, multiple times. The employee rolled their eyes. I visited your Starbucks store recently, and I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees named T. Anisha. She spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I believe she does not know how to communicate professionally with customers. If this kind of attitude continues, customers may stop visiting your store. Clean and good place to go
5 stars from me, mainly because this location has truck parking. As a truck driver, that’s a huge plus. I was able to pull in, grab a coffee, relax for a few minutes, and get back on the road without being in anyone’s way
