Used to come here for years but it has deteriorated. Super slow, not organized and efficient anymore, put an order in via app at at 1:15 pm and still waiting here at 1:45 pm
DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ORDER. I ordered a bagel and they supplied no cream cheese at all and I ordered a plain one and they gave me an everything bagel. They are also very rude and always mess up peoples orders. On top of that it takes very long even when there are no customers and the workers will see you standing there and ignore you, then ask you if you ordered when you already did. Boycot this location the workers are inattentive and don’t care.

Staff is impolite and looks bothered that you are interfering with there conversations behind the counter when you order.
This location closes at 9:00 pm. After a nice dinner my mom and I decided to walk and get a hot cup of coffee, arrived at 8:45 pm only to find the register closed for any cash sales, all the machines closed for orders, no hot beverages available, only prefilled cold brewed coffee cups. The baristas were annoyed we walked in and try to ruin their plans to close shop early. Welp, we had no choice but leave with no coffee.
