Had a door dash order. Arrived a few minutes after store closed. A few employees were inside no one would acknowledge I was there at door or drive thru. A simple answer would have been nice like, Oh we’re sorry we didn’t make that order since it was so late or yes here it is have a great night. I missed out on a good offer for this one.
This Starbucks location consistently ranks among the best in Fort Wayne. The drinks are reliably well-crafted, with excellent attention to consistency and quality, while the service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything we ordered was wrong. Ordered boba drink, no straw and wrong lid!
