The App underestimated ready @ time by twenty minutes… my order: tall extra hot latte made w/heavy cream. What I received: barely lukewarm cream with almost no coffee taste. I couldn’t wait another 25 minutes for a new drink or we’d have been late to an appt. 9-6 9:30am
Problem solving skills or approaching situations with logic was absent two mornings in a row at this location. If someone has a mobile order, and is picking it up from the drive thru, asking them to spell their name leaves people to wonder what is missing in this locations process. It should be noted that ordering on the app and picking it up at the drive thru is something I have been doing for years. I have had many pleasant experiences, but this is the only location that asked me to spell my name…
