Went inside ordered 2 hot chocolate. Gave me one then gave me some kinda iced hot chocolate. The lady kindly fixed my order to another hot chocolate. BOTH hot chocolates tasted like coffee. Horrible we don't like coffee. Will probably never go back to a Starbucks again.
2 Hot chocolate tastes like coffee and the tables were dirty
Go to this Starbucks at least once a week. Since the one manager left, our drinks are often made wrong. Just today we ordered a grande, hot chocolate and a hot chai latte. They have very little taste so it appears they didn’t put but maybe one pump of syrup in the drink. About two weeks ago I was given the wrong drink totally. Also when I asked for my drink extra hot a lot of times, they must not read it correctly and they put a shot of Espresso. When I took it back the last time the barista said no we didn’t do that.
