It was frustrating to have one of my drinks be made while still waiting 15-20 min for my hot drink to be made, only to be told that they ran out of that specific tea. They did offer a refund or a different drink after discovering this but the order should not have been lost and neglected in the mess.
All the employees give amazing service. I’ve only ever had five star service coming to this location. I absolutely would love to only go to the Starbucks as long as I live here Highly recommend!!! They all need raises to be honest
Service has been slow everytime I come here. I like to get a coffee after lunch, and I place my mobile order and it takes that 15-20 mins before my coffee is ready. It’s been consistent for 2 weeks. Yesterday they had a table with 7 employees sitting at. Looked to be some kind of meeting. MEANWHILE, the counter was backed up and not one person came to help them. It was very off putting.
The worst Frappuccino I have ever had. Not only did they mess up the drink order but the ingredients are completely off in this. I feel like I’m tasting straight water in this Pumpkin Frappuccino, waste of money.
