I agree with others, Bill the Barista rocks! Solid service.
Came at morning rush, out in 5 minutes NOT slow at all.
You may need to ask them to turn the music down a bit. It blasts loudly upstairs.

The service here is always top notch and if you are lucky, you will get to hear the tunes of the guy playing his mini accordion outside. He's the best.
It's near Marymount University and Yorktown High school, usually crowded at peak times and during finals.
Great lounge upstairs with lots of power outlets and comfy chairs!
