I usually have no problem with this Starbucks. However, I desperately needed a caffeine pick me up and ordered a grande matcha latte. When I got back to my office, I realized how light my drink felt. I open the lid, (I have only taken one sip at this point, just 1 sip) and the cup wasn't even halfway filled. Disappointed.
I visit this location very often. They are always friendly and have only made my order incorrectly twice out of a ridiculous amount of visits. While all staff are friendly, Brandon stands out as being very kind and efficient at the drive thru window.
I had an amazing experience the other day and had great conversation with a gentlemen, but today the staff wasn’t personable at all. They accused me of lying about sweet cream cold foam, asked to “check” my drink, and didn’t even apologize. I was forced to open up my drink at the window to prove that it wasn’t there and then called a liar. I understand it’s early, but you work at a coffee shop. Drink some of it!
