Despite being the only ones in line, several staff were too busy chatting to greet or assist us. I tried to engage with them, and only one person even acknowledged me. I love the personal cup option! Super easy.
They got a majority of our orders wrong- I went up to them to correct one of their mistakes but they basically ignored me till I had to raise my voice and say ‘EXCUSE ME’. It is what it is. Workers aren’t the kindest. It’s a beautiful store but if you had better employees there, this place would be happening.
Was empty when I came in, everyone else got their drinks before me that came in after me. Drink was made wrong and employee refused to correct it. Will go to a different Starbucks
