I ordered a short hot chocolate and they gave me a kids and it tasted really watered down also need to work on constructing tomato mozzarella sandwiches better

I literally almost gave up on Starbucks all together bc of other stores in the past but WOW this was the best experience I’ve ever had! All stores across the board should follow whatever the management is doing at this location, thank you so much for bringing my love of Starbs back!! EDIT: I felt so bad that I couldn’t specifically compliment the most helpful person I interacted with, so after a little asking around, I found out it was Lori!
