AVOID DRIVE THROUGH. Staff incredibly unhelpful. I sat at the drive through for about 15mins, after reaching the window they tell me "we didn't take your order, please loop around to order again or come inside to place an order". All without expediting my order and basically wasting 45mins of my morning.
Starbucks is ready for the holidays
I live about 5 minutes from this store. I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to avoid this Starbucks location. The drinks are never consistent, and I will ask to have them remade if I’m paying $7-$8. They hand me my remade drink with melted ice in it as if they did nothing. Or they’ve actually charged me extra when I told them it didn’t taste as strong as it always is. Absolutely horrible customer service :(
The manager at this location was the absolute worst. Her delivery in speaking to customers is very rude and not welcoming at all. This is my second encounter with her and I only know this because I recognized her from the first time. Today they got my order wrong and I even doubled checked the app to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. I ordered a hot grande chai latte with pumpkin cream cold foam on top and they made it iced. Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I ordered an everything bagel, something so simple it should not even take more than a couple of minutes. Instead, I stood there waiting almost 20 minutes, only to be handed a plain bagel like it was no big deal. How do you mess up a bagel order? It is literally written on the screen.
