Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I ordered an everything bagel, something so simple it should not even take more than a couple of minutes. Instead, I stood there waiting almost 20 minutes, only to be handed a plain bagel like it was no big deal. How do you mess up a bagel order? It is literally written on the screen. Got my order wrong and they were very slow. Never again!
Just spent 27 minutes waiting for a pumpkin spice late. This place just isn't functioning well in the a.m. Workers were hustling; not their fault, just way too many mobile orders/staff ratio. It's all they were working on. Please prioritize people at the location who order.
So I ordered a quad espresso with light heavy cream and 3X pumpkin. They put in heavy cream and put in about a cup of cream. Anna was working up front apologized and was super professional and made me a brand new one! Just the way I like it! She was awesome! I told her that it can be kind of confusing saying light heavy cream. She was like no no we understand perfectly it was rung up wrong. This location is just super professional and always makes sure you get what you want and that's why I always go to this Starbucks!
