I am a regular customer at this location and the couple of problems I have had over 10+ years have been addressed immediately by your friendly staff. However, three of the past four times I have placed a mobile order for my go-to Chai Latte, I had already left the drive-thru only to find it was very watery tasting. Disappointing, but I will be sure to taste it before leaving in the future.
From the moment I walked in the door with my best friend, we were greeted, not in a robotic way, it was more cheerful. There was a long line but I dont mind, I like watching the baristas make the drinks, food, etc. Everyone was respectful, the lady who took my order was very patient with me trying to decide if I wanted my usual or try something new, everything was explained kindly. Our order was done in swiftly. When we left we both said at the same time how everyone was so nice and knew their stuff.
I have been going to several different Starbucks locations, a regular yes, but not always same location. I was greeted as soon as I dwalked in, that doesn't always happen at other locations, being acknowledged as well as I'll be right with you, which was faster than expected. I was asked how I was doing, I asked for suggestions about the newer menu items because I was wanting to try something new. Meh, can be just as a horrible experience as the Irondequoit store. I have a low tolerance for rude-snobby behavior and it’s constant at this location. I understand that customer service is at an all time low these days but it’s still no excuse. And I don’t care if I come in early AM or 5 minutes before closing, rudeness is never acceptable. Every SB should be modeled after the Webster Hard Road location. I can visit them 10 times in a row (and have) and get stellar service.
