Disappointed as a delivery driver. Everyone was greeted upon entry except for me and I was left waiting for quite some time before I was greeted and ultimately given the order. This happens regularly here and I'm not sure why. Very disheartening.
Excellent service, atmosphere a 1 star due to letting a man sit there without ordering something. Also said man had a work knife on him and put it on the table. At one point flicked open and shut said knife. Opened again to cut something. That being said I no longer feel safe at this location. I did inform barista about the knife flicking open and shut and being on the table. Manager was informed.
An excellent cup of coffee. Had to wait for a few minutes before my order was taken. Seemed that the drive thru was hampering the effectiveness of all staff.
