Ordered four drinks with some difficulty and then had to have one remade because it had berries. Drove away and find out all of our drinks are basically flavorless. This is the worst starbucks experience i’ve had.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. We have gone to this location several times for the last 3 to 4 weeks and it’s hit or miss when they are open. The signs on the door say that they’re open the sign in the window says that they’re open but going up to the doors they’re locked and the drive-through is silent. My main question is how do we know when this location is open other than that, the drinks are fine. The food is fine. The location is fine and the staff is fine. They were not even busy and got me wait at drive thru for like 20 minutes!!
why do you guys allow people to place mobile orders to pick up inside but your inside isn't open this is Starbucks people get this figured out
