The staff on Saturday morning is rude. I placed a drive-through order and the app said what time the order would be ready. When we arrived, they criticized us because they claimed we just put our order in and then from there, they had a continuous attitude. Use the Martin's Heritage Square location. This one is a joke.

I would give it t stars across the board but sometimes the drinks just are not made consistent. Most of the time it's great but other times they miss the mark. I know Starbucks can get busy but the wait times can get pretty long. Other than that it's fine. I know you can get your drinks remade but when going through the drive through it's a bit of a hassle to go back inside.
I always get a mocha cookie crumble frappucino from every Starbucks, and it never tastes quite right here. It's always slightly melted/too liquid when it should be frozen, and doesn't have enough mocha. Came back on 5/16 and got a vanilla chai latte and potato bites and I was on the toilet with diarrhea a couple of hours later. A friend said they were vomiting and also had what seemed like food poisoning the next day from this location as well.
