Lina besides being gorgeous was so polite and welcoming! Kayeryl made my coffee and delivered such a happy smile like a barista not an upset employee. This Starbucks was a failure. Follow these girls lead into good customer service!
Starbucks just lost a customer of 20+ years. I am not in my local area and wanted ice to add to the drink I bought at another Starbucks earlier today. Was told I had to buy something! I even offered to pay for the cup of ice. Like I pay $0.25 inside the grocery store Starbucks! Was denied. Then was informed I cannot even use the bathroom! Screw Starbucks. Lots of other options out there. I even offered to show my purchase history on my app
Got a couple of our drinks made perfectly as requested.
