Who doesn’t love Starbucks?!?
I’ve never had an experience like this at any Starbucks. My daughter simply asked for a cup of water after a long day at the park, and the barista refused to give her one — saying she had to order something first. There was no offer to charge for the water or provide any alternative. We were both dehydrated and shocked by how dismissive the staff was. Mary & Jayden always go out of their way to smile and greet me. My coffee is always perfect and I never have any issues with waiting for it. The place is always clean and everyone is very friendly.
I went to the drive-through and they saw me drop my drink. It was my fault and they made me a new one. They’re super attentive the afternoon shift 12 noon on a Saturday was very pleasant!
