I placed an online order and they made my order wrong, telling me that i put in my order wrong even when i tried showing them my online order. I’m pretty sure the only reason they didn’t remake my drink was because they were busy but they had me leaving disappointed with their service.
Amazing service and coffee!!! Loved it
Daughter went through the drive through and ordered a venti sized drink and was given a tall. She paid before receiving her order. And, did not receive a receipt. She went in to the store to get it corrected. They gave her a new drink in the correct size but charged her again. So, she paid for 2 drinks and only got one. What a racket this location has going on…, double charging drinks for their mistake! Won’t be back to this location.
