Such incompetence. A lovely place to observe person after person (that came in after you) get their complicated orders fulfilled before someone remembers your simple 2-step coffee. Is it possible to rescind a tip? I'd rather throw a dollar bill in the trash
We ordered ahead for drive through pickup and once in line spoke to a very rude employee who told us we had to place our order five minutes in advance (which we did) to get our food and drink out. We had no food. There were 3 cars in front of us and when it was our turn the drinks were watered down. Not to mention when I asked for a straw the worker at the window handed me two straws folded in half, one of which was broken and unusable. Do better Starbucks.
Got hot chocolate, tasted like shit. Also the unicorn pole dancer tasted bad
