I had a bad experience today. I ordered a espresso with matcha cold foam and I had to wait for 40 mins while I was sitting in front of the main station. Then, I reminded them and I received vanilla cold foam or something else which was not what I ordered. Anyways, they gave me a $4 gift card. It made my mood go down.
Staff in not well versed in how to ring up specialty drinks for correct pricing, and get confused with anything outside the regular menu, then get annoyed and remind you they are not a real "starbucks".
Slow Starbucks in town , this store needs new management, there are like 20 unproductive workers bumping each like headless chicken and still waiting time inside the store is a joke .
