waited half hour for drink
I spent a couple hours here the other morning and was blown away by how some of the staff are treated. I saw a barista crying on the floor. The baristas seemed like they were doing their best. Morale just seems real low, things seemed tense. I remember when baristas joking around and lightening the store was common, and it seemed absent today.
Always an awful experience at the Starbucks on phingsten and willow. I request the district manager to contact me about this manager. I can’t handle how terrible and rude the employees are
Overpriced, very mediocre service
