Alden was so wonderful. I had a problem with the Horchata. I ordered a three different ways and he made sure that it was right and he was so nice about it. Let me return the ones that weren’t right what a professional and so friendly and so customer service oriented I was really impressed. First time I’ve written anything like this at Starbucks.
