I've been to this Starbucks only 2x and there is one employee who tone and attitude is horrible. she is at the register and both times I was there, she has been always rude about taking my order and/or picking it up. Does this Starbucks have an issue with pple taking other pple's order? She apparently accused me of taking someone else's when it clearly had my name on it. Very unprofessional and don't plan on visiting this one again. I rather drive a couple mins to another starbucks.

Ordered here for the first time. Received 2 shaken expresso drinks. Both were made horribly. Filled to the brim with ice, oatmilk was not shaken into the drink at all. My daughters grande drink wasn't even filled to the top with drink, it was all the ice. Would give zero stars if I could. Way to much money to spend for nothing to drink.
