I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to acknowledge how amazing Shecarra was during my stay! I came in to do some work on my laptop and after a few hours, I noticed that she continually greeted every single customer (and colleague) who entered the store with a smile. Today at approximately 4:05 PM, a teenage girl accidentally picked up the wrong drink. The employee loudly yelled at the girls from across the store after they were already seated, even though the store was very busy and mistakes like this can happen. He was a white, bald man with glasses. The girl apologized twice, but he completely ignored her. I love stopping by this Starbucks location because the baristas couldn’t be any friendlier or kinder, and always offer a warm welcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Emily – after I recently placed a mobile order incorrectly and came in to replace the correct order at the register, she went above and beyond to fix the mistake at no charge which was unexpected (and unnecessary since it was my mistake!). She couldn’t have been kinder and I hope she knows little things like these make all the difference!
This Starbucks is always randomly closed and never updates it in the app. So I walk all the way down thinking it’s open and they’re closed. Very frustrating. Drinks are usually made pretty well and staff is nice, but they definitely prioritize mobile orders over anything.
Iced latte was average at best!
