I love stopping by this Starbucks location because the baristas couldn’t be any friendlier or kinder, and always offer a warm welcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Emily – after I recently placed a mobile order incorrectly and came in to replace the correct order at the register, she went above and beyond to fix the mistake at no charge which was unexpected (and unnecessary since it was my mistake!). She couldn’t have been kinder and I hope she knows little things like these make all the difference!
This Starbucks is always randomly closed and never updates it in the app. So I walk all the way down thinking it’s open and they’re closed. Very frustrating. Drinks are usually made pretty well and staff is nice, but they definitely prioritize mobile orders over anything.
Iced latte was average at best!
Always on strike never open anymore last two times I ordered they made it wrong and the employee gave me an attitude when I asked them to make what I ordered… close it down if you can’t get the employees in line and actually work like everyone else has to.
