Take way too long every time
Staff is rude and gave one out of my three drinks away. When I called to make a complaint, they kept me on hold all day not worth it. If I could fix zero stars.
I got the new Valentine frappe and it was not made with love and it looked nothing like the description of the picture. I told the server about this and she said it’s the same thing I couldn’t even enjoy the taste because it was all icy horrible
