I had THEE WORST EXPIERENCE with Xoochitl, at 7:30 this morning I asked to speak with the manager who was supposedly on break but the attitude this early in the morning is unnecessary and unacceptable as a paying customer. She needs to be retrained or find another profession.
Great Starbucks to stop by in my commute with my colleagues. There were some weird customers this morning that harassed staff, and all the staff handled it with grace. I put 4 stars because everything was great, but I came during rush hour and they ran out of some breakfast items.
Very nice staff. They knowe.bu name now. The brown sugar oat milk shaken Espresso is so good!
