I ordered and when I got to the window it’s like I had never ordered and had to wait for my drink to be made after I was already in line for 10 mins.
I asked to use the restroom before ordering so I could wash my hands. I was told I have to order first. I placed a mobile order, went to wash my hands and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was so much pee on the floor that when going to wash my hands I could see my shoes had make marks all over the floor. It was so disgusting. I would think making people pay for their coffee first would mean the bathrooms are kept clean but it doesn’t.
