I went to this Starbucks on 8/31 in the 11 am hour. I opted for the drive thru, thinking it’d be quick. I was wrong. I waited 8 minutes before I was acknowledged at the window. I heard the team laughing and talking while I waited. When the barista, who didn’t have a name tag, opened the window, he just looked at me. I said “hi”, he said “hi” back and then I told him I have the app. He scanned it and asked if I wanted a straw. I replied yes and he gave me the drink and straw and said “have a good day”. Why put the guy who is either the most socially awkward person or has absolutely zero customer service skills at the drive thru? I only come to this location when I’m running late because of how painfully off putting he is… I give him better customer service by telling him good morning and thank you which is always met with silence or him handing me my drink as he turns his head towards the inside of the cafe. Ok sir…
Just wanted to share that I found what looks like small fluffy green pieces that look like mold floating in my water.
