I went to this Starbucks on 8/31 in the 11 am hour. I opted for the drive thru, thinking it’d be quick. I was wrong. I waited 8 minutes before I was acknowledged at the window. I heard the team laughing and talking while I waited. When the barista, who didn’t have a name tag, opened the window, he just looked at me.
