I ordered 2 very simple hot chocolates inside. And have no problem waiting for the person in front of me. Its been 20+ minutes and the employees are very focused on making drive thru orders which is fine but when I went for a smoke and my partner was still waiting. I watched a car go to drive thru after I came back in the person was already getting there order made and they left before I had even received mine. When I am patiently waiting.
I had a fabulous interaction this morning with the morning crew baristas...I had placed a mobile order to pick up on my way home from college and had accidentally selected the location on Pioneer road instead of Johnson Street. However, I didn't know I made this mistake until I was at the Johnson Street location and providing the name of my mobile order in the drive-thru.
