I am beyond frustrated with the level of service I experienced at this Starbucks. I pulled up to the drive thru Saturday morning expecting a simple, routine order, I had placed an order through the drive through and when I pulled to the window I was completely taken back when I was told I could not place a sandwich order for my daughter. How do they make you wait 5 min to take your order. Then tell you they run out of stuff(drinks). Wouldn't it be easier to post a sign and say we dont have all the drinks on the menu. Not even a sincere apology. Then have to wait over 10 min to get out of the drive thru.very bad service .
