I never leave negative reviews. This is my first time to leave a review. But I am really disappointed with the service of the staff here. When I ordered a glass of water and a cake after I paid, they didn't ask me my name. And I asked her do you need to know my name so I can get my order? She said I don't need it and I just stood there and got it. I didn't care about that anymore. At the end, about 6 minutes later, 4 more people came to order. The stupid app doesn't register that I was in line at this location to get my drink. Instead push me down to Clovis and Herndon but the manager or barista. There was nice enough to remake it for me and not charge me as long as I showed them my online order
