Every staff was so nice and welcoming until I came back from the restroom and got question by Bella about my drink should be charged as a latte. I specifically told her I like a lot of ice in my drink and if she can top it off with oatmilk. She said okay and when I received my drink there was room in the cup. Manager refused to give me lids for the cups in my coffee traveler
The baristas just made my day so much brighter. I am having a DAY and it’s 7:45 am… the baristas at this Starbucks location could tell.. they covered my coffee for me and were just so kind. I really can’t even describe how much this meant this morning. I am so incredibly grateful for their generosity and kindness this morning.
