I am extremely disappointed with the way my 76 year old father was treated at this location. He walked into Starbucks simply asking for a cup of water on a hot day, and despite the store being completely empty, he was told to wait and was not helped. As he became increasingly uncomfortable from the heat, he even pleaded for water, but the staff working there still refused to assist him. Great service friendly I used drive thur
This location on shaw n 99 is horrible. The wait time in the drive through is 20 min or longer and your drink may not even be right. They really need better management at this location.
The baristas are very nice and they get the orders right while being very polite and efficient.
