The baristas are very nice and they get the orders right while being very polite and efficient.
Not sure if its specifically this location or just the people working; but I took my family here around 7:30p Wed. night and literally every drink we ordered was horrible. My daughter and I got hot chocolates and it was basically bath water. If a 4 year old tells you her hot cocoa is gross then something MUST be wrong. Customer service was bad in store and on the phone, sucks that as long time customers we're just going to make the permanent switch to Dutch.
