I'm a tea drinker... Don't like coffee and only go to Starbucks when my wife drags me in. Their tea is good quality (specifically black tea). But once tea reaches a certain quality, it's all the same. And what makes it better is a lower price, not more flavors or an upscale environment. So if you enjoy the added fruit flavors or the ambience, then get your tea from Starbucks. Fast service
We have been stopping at this Starbucks for a few years on our way to mountains. The last 2 times were both on Friday nights in August and the service was terrible. We cwere the only people in the store. The barista got my wife's drink entirely wrong and was unapologetic. The Nitro Cold Brew machine was not working, was has been the case since July, and again the barista unapologetic about it. Also the toliet in bathroom had feces on the side of it. 4th time coming and always out of chai!! Asked why out for so long and lady interrupted and gave me an unprofessional answer. Told me it’s out in the whole district which isn’t accurate. Wilkesboro Starbucks do better!
