Absolutely disgraceful service. I asked for a large empty cup because i needed it to scoop out some sand for our exhibit in the art gallery. The first staff reached for a cup for me but i kindly requested for a large. She then told me that she cant. Now i asked if i can just purchase the large cup by itself. Another employee camr by and saud they cant do that as well. I then asked if I can get a cup of water in a large cup. She said with a purchase i can. I LOVE going here every time i’m in the library! My drinks are always made amazing, not one miss since i’ve gone. The supervisor Aldolfo is so sweet and greets me every time i walk in. Never a worry on my mind whenever he’s making my drinks. I see him running around trying to help wherever he can. 10/10 would recommend
