I went here around 1:20 PM on Friday, April 3. When I was in the drive-through, I ordered a basic iced white chocolate espresso drink. I asked for light ice and specifically said to top the rest off with half and half. I noticed the screen did not say light ice, so I asked the woman taking my order, “Oh, did you get the light ice?” She fixed it and then shouted, “Is that all?” I said, “Yes, thank you,” but she ignored me as I drove up. Because i work on this side of town this is the only coffe shop close by. I only get a 30 min lunch and today my entire lunch was waiting in line. This happens quite often when I come to this location and I never say anything but 30 min in line is insane. Horrible
Everything is good but wait time is too long drive through
35 minutes wait in the drive thru is Insane!!!
