I usually order ahead and p/u at the drive-thru and I am always greeted with a smile in their voice at the order kiosk and a big smile on their face at the window when I p/u my order.

Just went & got my daily coffee at this location and I had the worst experience very RUDE EMPLOYEE ( AFRICAN-AMERICAN LADY ) THEN SAID A COMMENT ( JUST ASKED A QUESTION ) then all the employees looked at me rude ( Mexican guy , white girl , and Mexican lady at the window) so you know what she mumble in the back was towards me to make them look at me .
